Inphinity Forms is pushing boundaries of data analytics in NHS: Project management solution

Every time I see Rob O’Neill, Head of Informatics at University Hospitals Morecambe Bay Trust, he hits me square in the jaw with more innovation. Often spinning up a demo on the spot, Rob is one of those people that has a huge passion to disrupt traditional ways of working with technology.

My latest meeting with Rob did not disappoint…he talked through how he is collaborating technology to solve traditional business problems in the trust. He was keen to show me how he has integrated Qlik with Inphinity Forms – along with building in Qlik Alerting too. Glad he did.

Talking through several operational use cases supporting Covid 19 and the Command Centre (award winning!), he then moved on to how he has automated project management workflow.Traditional spreadsheet project management processes have been replaced, providing real-time updating, reporting and alerting – saving hours and providing new levels of assurance. And, yep, he spun up the demo and wowed me once again.

I loved how all the key project management controlscan be combined e.g. risk register to support a seamless user experience. Another great feature was uploading, storing and viewing documents within the native Qlik environment!

Brilliant!

The latest development has automated project management workflow.  Traditional spreadsheet project management processes have been  replaced by the Inphinity Forms PM solution, providing real-time updating, reporting and alerting – saving hours and providing new levels of assurance.

A l the key project management controls can be combined e.g. risk register to support a seamless user experience. Another great feature used is the document attach where evidence, such as the business case, can be uploaded, stored and viewed within the Qlik environment.

Alerting is used for project updates, risk change, budget controls and many more critical governance areas. Being able to develop and implement an automated solution, making the complicated simple, has been a significant step forward in the digitalisation strategy.

Inphinity Forms has been seamlessly integrated with Qlik (and Alerting) to automate project management workflow and control.

It’s crucial that we deliver the highest standard of patient care as efficiently as possible. Inphinity Forms is helping us achieve this by immersing employees in real-time data capture, a lowing them to create and shorten workflow challenges in a very efficient way.
