Welcome to the latest release of Inphinity Forms and Inphinity Flow.
Based on the feedback we heard from our strategic partners and customers, we’re bringing the possibility to generate Management API keys to the Inphinity Forms Admin application. They enable advanced developers to create their own solutions, e.g. Qlik applications, to manage form instances and user permissions in a governed way.
One of the things we introduced in the last release of Inphinity Forms were revamped error messages. We made them more helpful, actionable, and informative. After very positive feedback, we’re bringing the same level of experience to Inphinity Flow and the Inphinity Flow Wizard. The new error messages provide clear guidance when unexpected issues occur, helping users understand the next steps while enabling developers or administrators to identify and resolve problems more efficiently.
Let’s take a closer look at what’s new.
Revamped Error Messages in Inphinity Flow
Error messages across Inphinity Flow and Inphinity Flow Wizard have been redesigned to make troubleshooting easier.
They now clearly explain what happened, why it happened, and what to do next. Additional technical details are available on demand, while built-in actions such as Try Again, Skip Failed Action or Open Documentation help users continue with their work or resolve issues more quickly.
Management API Keys
In the Inphinity Forms Full SaaS deployments, you now have the possibility to generate Management API keys directly in the Inphinity Forms Admin application in your Qlik Cloud tenant.
You can use them for authentication API calls from Qlik applications, Qlik Automate or other solutions, that automate:
- Creating new form instances
Managing existing form instances
Inviting new users to Inphinity
Activating Inphinity license to particular users
Managing users and user groups permissions
The newly added sheet to the Inphinity Forms Admin application displays the overview of all existing Management API keys, including their expiration date and permissions, and allows administrators to generate new ones right there.
Redesigned Inphinity Suite SaaS Installer
The Inphinity Suite SaaS Installer installs Inphinity Forms Full SaaS to your Qlik Cloud in seconds. Now, during those seconds you can feel the power of breaking the spreadsheet chain 😉.
Other Improvements
This release also includes a range of visual and functional enhancements across Inphinity Forms, such as the following:
- Improved visual of the Range field type
Minor enhancements in the Inphinity Forms Admin application
