What you´ll be responsible for
- Technical first and second line support for customers and partners worldwide
- Problem analysis, solution suggestion/bug reporting to our software developers
- Installation and configuration of our software if needed
- Following up with customers & partners to ensure their issues are resolved
- Active communication with the rest of the team (share feature requests, best practices, etc.)
- Creation and execution of effective test cases in cooperation with our software developers
- Documenting common support procedures & enhancing the product documentation
Who are we looking for
- Enthusiastic about working with advanced software technologies
- Solution-oriented with analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Desire to improve skills and work on oneself
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work efficiently independently as well as in a team
What we need from you
- Degree in information technology preferred
- Support and/or testing background is an advantage
- Previous experience in administration of windows server is welcomed
- Knowledge of Java, HTML, Javascript and/or AngularJs is a plus
- Familiarity with Qlik is a plus
- Experience using help desk software is a plus
